Refund policy

1. Before your order ships

Pump Buddy is built by hand in small batches. Until your order has shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund, including shipping. Email us at hello@tinyorbitlabs.com with your order number, and we will cancel it and refund you.

2. Delays

We tell you at checkout how long we expect your order to take. If we expect to miss that estimate, we will email you before it happens with a new date. If you do not want to wait, you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Returns after delivery

If you are not happy with Pump Buddy, you can return him within 14 days of the day he is delivered, as long as:

• he is in the same condition you received him in, with no damage from drops, water or heavy wear;
• you send back everything that came in the box, including the charging cable; and
• you contact us first at hello@tinyorbitlabs.com so we can give you the return address.

You pay for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund an item we never receive. When we receive him and check him over, we refund the price you paid for him. Original shipping is not refunded, unless the return is for a reason covered in section 4.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If Pump Buddy arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email hello@tinyorbitlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we pay for the shipping both ways.

5. Warranty

Each Pump Buddy comes with a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. If he stops working normally during that time through no fault of yours, we will repair or replace him.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, crushing, water or liquids, opening or modifying him, or normal wear on the paint and finish.

6. Handmade finish

Every shell is 3D-printed, sanded and painted by hand. Small differences in the finish, such as tiny variations in gloss, faint layer lines or slight differences in shade between units, are part of how he is made and are not defects. If you are not happy with how yours looks, our return policy in section 3 still applies.

7. How refunds are paid

We refund to the card or payment method you used. After we approve a refund, it is usually processed within 5 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

8. Battery safety

Pump Buddy contains a lithium battery. If he swells, gets very hot, smells odd or looks damaged, stop using and charging him and email us. We will help you with a safe replacement or refund.

9. Questions or problems

Please email us first at hello@tinyorbitlabs.com. We are a very small team, we read every message, and we will sort it out. Contacting us before asking your bank for a chargeback is much faster for you.
