The short version

We collect only what we need to take your order, ship it and answer you.
We never sell your personal information.
Card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store them.

1. Who we are

Pump Buddy is run by Tiny Orbit Labs (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@tinyorbitlabs.com.

2. What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, and usually the card brand and the last four digits, but not your full card number.
Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join our list for updates.
Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
Technical data: basic information such as your browser, device and approximate location, collected by our website host.

3. How we use it

To take, build, ship and support your order, including emailing you about its status.
To handle refunds, warranty claims and returns.
To send updates and news about Pump Buddy, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site working and secure, and to understand what visitors find useful.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

Stripe to process payments.
Shipping providers (for example USPS or UPS) and their label services, who receive your name and address.
Our website host Cloudflare and our email provider Buttondown.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years. Email list addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you and then deleted.

6. Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. It may use essential technical storage, and an analytics tool if we add one. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies, described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@tinyorbitlabs.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we will honour them. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, even after a deletion request.

8. Children

Pump Buddy and this site are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

9. Security

We use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data online is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email where we have your address.
