Good questions.
What does pre-order mean, and when will mine ship?
Each Pump Buddy is built and tested by hand in small batches. Batch 1 is 20 units and ships within 4–6 weeks of your order. If anything slips, we email you before you have to ask, and you can get a full refund any time before he ships.
How long does the battery last?
His 2000 mAh battery gives approximately 28 hours of use per charge. He charges over USB-C, so a top-up is quick and uses a cable you already own.
Is he waterproof?
No. Pump Buddy is not waterproof, so keep him dry: no pools, showers or rain, and dry him off if he gets wet.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the US is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I change his colours?
Plug him into your PC and use the Windows control app. Pick the eye white and each pupil, save up to 8 looks, and switch between them whenever you like.
Does it work on Mac or Windows?
The control app runs on Windows. Once your colours and skill wheel are set, he works on his own without a computer.
What's in the box?
Pump Buddy with his wrist strap attached, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start card.
Can I get both colours?
Yes. When you order, add a spare case in the other colour. Swap shells whenever you want a new look. The spare is just the case, with no electronics inside.
